Poise Pilates

Poise Pilates is a one-page website for a boutique Pilates studio. The hero shows trust stats and a next-class card that reads the day's timetable, followed by an ethos marquee, the studio story, six reasons to join, six classes, three memberships, four instructors, a timetable, before-and-after stories, a testimonial slider, a gallery, a BMI calculator, an FAQ and a visit block with opening hours. Interaction is plain JavaScript. The timetable uses day tabs that open on today's weekday, each story card toggles between before and after, testimonials auto-advance with arrows and dots, FAQ items expand, and the BMI calculator accepts metric or imperial values. A WhatsApp button opens a pre-filled message to book a free class. The contact form validates, then shows a confirmation note; nothing is sent until a backend is connected. The sample studio (Selah), instructors, prices and address are placeholders that the studio swaps for the customer's own from a single config object. The style is soft and unhurried: cool porcelain surfaces, a deep forest green for dark sections and buttons, sage tints with a little ochre gold, Fraunces serif headings and DM Sans body text, large rounded corners and slow fades. The layout adapts at 1080, 880 and 560 px and animations are removed for visitors who prefer reduced motion. It suits Pilates and reformer studios, barre and mat-class studios, clinical and rehab Pilates practices, pre-natal teachers and other small wellness studios.
