Cinematic Reel

Cinematic Reel is a one-page portfolio website for a cinematographer or director. A film-slate preloader counts through takes, then the hero shows the name and title, typed loglines, two buttons (Hire me and Download résumé), a 'Watch the reel' link, a timecode with a REC indicator and a showreel frame. The page continues with the craft story, skills as level bars, a call-sheet experience timeline, training, a filmography of six projects, count-up numbers, six services, a gear list, festival awards and certifications, client quotes, a press kit download, an FAQ and a booking form. The filmography filters by Commercial, Music Video and Documentary. The project 'Watch' buttons are '#' links for the customer's real videos. The theme is dark by default, with a toggle to a light theme that is remembered between visits. The form shows inline errors, then a 'drafted' note; nothing is sent until a backend is connected. Sample names, projects and contact details are placeholders the studio replaces; the résumé button points to a PDF that is not included, and the sample photos are remote. The style is film-set dark: espresso-brown backgrounds, amber and teal accents with a red REC dot, Oswald headings, Manrope body text and Space Mono for timecodes and labels. It adapts at 1024, 860 and 560 px and reduces motion on request. It suits cinematographers, directors and editors, colourists, commercial and music-video production companies and documentary makers.
